Cottage Canigou is a renovated and modernised stone Roussillon Cottage comprising 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to sleep up to 6 + cot, and benefits from a shared garden and swimming pool (9m x 6m) with the adjacent property, Cottage des Alberes.

Ground Floor :


Comprising of a spacious double bedroom, suitable for cot, if required. Bathroom & WC and Wet-Room (shower & WC). Bathroom is equipped with washing machine, adjacent to Hallway with access to Cottage garden. Stone staircase, with half a flight of stairs landing, leading to first floor.

First Floor :


Bedroom No. 2 – double / triple. Fully fitted cottage-style kitchen. Modern oven & hob with refrigerator and microwave. Living room with dining area and lounge with flat-screen TV / FilmOn. South facing views over the court-yard. Baby cots, high chairs and stair-gate available at no extra cost. Log-burner - ideal for winter lets.

Third Floor / Loft Room :


Bedroom No.3 - single bed ideal for older child or teenager (N.B. limited head room). Can be used for storage.

Available for rental separately or rent both cottages together; ideal for 2 families or a larger group of up to 12 people (or up to 32 people - see below); each property having their own privacy & facilities, whilst sharing the 500m2 garden and swimming pool or sole use when booked with the adjacent cottage.

Separate patio / BBQ area for each cottage.

Alternatively, these two cottages can be rented in combination with Roussillon Farmhouse (sleeps 10) and / or Mas d’en Porte (sleeps 10) to accommodate to 32 people, including 3 separate swimming pools, set in a total of more than one-acre of gardens.

We can offer short breaks (minimum 2 nights) and year round long lets as Cottage Canigou is equipped with a logburner and electric heating. 


A local English housekeeper is available to provide assistance, if required.
